Orders must be placed 24 hours prior to pick up date. You can also walk-in to any of our shops to create a custom bouquet with us.
All pick ups will take place at our Rocky Hill location (7685 S Northshore Dr) or Cultivate Coffee & Flowers (5221 N Broadway). Not available for delivery.
Cultivate is open Monday - Saturday 8a - 6p. Rocky Hill is open Tuesday - Saturday 9a-3p.
If you need to order for Saturday pick up, please call our shop to place your order.
We aren't able to accept modifications or color palettes outside of what is offered here. Boutonnieres cannot be ordered as a single item.
Our Guarantee
Each and every delivery we send out is made uniquely to that customer! No bouquet is exactly the same and each is made with detail and color palette in mind. We strive to use local, seasonal material when available. Every order is important to us because we know it's important to you!
Our goal is to provide each customer with beautiful, unique flowers. Knowing that flowers are perishable prodcuts and that each arrangement is handmade, we make every effort to ensure quality, accuracy and beauty in our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something that fits each customer's unique taste. Because we are constantly seeking ways to improve our services, we welcome comments and feedback to help us in this journey of serving you better!
Our Style and Product
We offer a limited number of design styles (wrapped bouquets and vase arrangments). Within each option you have the freedom to give us your ideal color and flower preferences. We design each order to the best of our ability depending on inventory each week. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations
Delivery Policy
Our delivery service runs Monday - Friday each week. Our same day ordering option ends at 11am. All deliveries will take place between 11a-5p. We do our best to accomodate specific delivery times when needed, but can't guarantee them depending on the day's route we are working with. Please let us know any specific needs you may have in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout.
If No One is Home: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery we will leave the flowers in a safe place with a water source to be waiting on the receipients arrival. If delivering to an office/medical facility we may need to leave the flowers at the front desk to be coordinated for drop off through the facility.
Recipient Maybe Contacted: In some cases the florist may contact the recipient if there are any missing details or issues regarding delivery.
Cancellations
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store.
